How long does a typical engagement take?
A focused diagnostic takes two to four weeks. Most transformation projects run two to three months, after which many clients keep us on an advisory retainer.
Do you implement, or only advise?
We implement. We write the SOPs, build the dashboards, set up the tools and, where it helps, staff the roles through our delivery centres.
Can you help us build a team in India?
Yes. We plan the location, hire and train the team, and run governance from Dubai until you are ready to take it over, or we run it for you long term.
